During this period, there was a problem with UQ Authenticates ability to contact Active Directory. Users would have experienced problems logging in to sites which required access to Active Directory groups.

There are reporting issues with Addin in Microsoft 365. A new support ticket will be logged with Microsoft. This seems to be similar to the issues from October 2025 which were claimed to be resolved around December 2025.
