Oracle Service Cloud a.k.a Service CRM
A combination of intermittent mailbox authentication and unexpected timing out of mail processing into Service CRM is causing some POP mailboxes to fail to clear in a timely manner. We have had reports of some queues not receiving email for between 6 and 12 hours.
Service requests have been logged with Oracle and the ITS team are monitoring closely for errors.

ITS and the vendor are investigating an issue affecting staff access to Course Insights for UQ Extend 2025 courses. Activity logs show that this issue began January 28th 2025, however no UQ staff raised the issue with ITS until recently.
Student access to UQ Extend courses are normal and this is not affecting any course access for students.
