[Scheduled] Create Mailboxes and M365 services for new and returning students mailboxes in the UQ/Staff tenant

Mailboxes and M365 services for new and returning students will be created in the staff Microsoft 365 tenant rather than in the student Microsoft 365 tenant.

Mailboxes for new students (students who have never had an account before) will be created in the staff tenant.
Mailboxes for alumni who return to UQ or who are offered a new placement with UQ, will have a new empty mailbox created in the staff tenant. Any existing UQ mailbox they may have had as an alumni if applicable will remain in place as a legacy alumni mailbox with its existing content and email addresses. In effect, they will have two mailboxes in order to maintain the legacy mailbox service for this previous cohort.

Mailboxes created for students in the staff tenant will sign in with username@uq.edu.au. They will have email addresses in the new general format first.last@student.uq.edu.au. They will also have secondary addresses Snumber@uq.edu.au. These mailboxes will not be given @uqconnect.edu.au or @uq.net.au addresses.

No service disruption is expected. The change window is to support monitoring throughout the day.
