An underlying issue with the email service used to send form submissions is preventing the submission of forms from study.uq.edu.au. Users attempting to submit forms on study.uq.edu.au will be able to fill them out however when submitting they will receive an error that the form could not be sent and to contact the administrator.
The only public facing form affected is https://study.uq.edu.au/short-courses/custom-courses however a number of other forms for internal use are also impacted.
Forms which are submitted via SalesForce rather than Email are not impacted.
Resolution The underlying issue with the email service has been resolved. (15:30 AEST — May 23)
