An issue has been identified with our upstream authentication provider that is stopping logins to the UQ RCC Pitschi/Clowder portal. UQ RCC staff are working on a resolution to this. There is currently no ETA for a return to service.
Note: Pitschi client logins, Pitschi CLI/instrument data mover on local systems and instruments are still functional. The above issue relates to the portal logins only.
Update After discussion with the upstream authentication provider (AAF) : there is an ETA to return to service of the start of business hours tomorrow morning, the 6th of June, 2023. UQ RCC staff will update clients and the service status page as appropriate. (14:07 AEST — Jun 5)
Resolution The upstream authentication provider has corrected the issue and remediated the change they have made, allowing Pitschi portal logins to work correctly again. UQ RCC staff will work with AAF staff to make a long term fix that is compatible for both services at this point.
As of now, all services are once again functional, due to regression on the AAF side. (15:20 AEST — Jun 5)
