InPlace is currently experiencing a performance degradation which may prevent people login in, experience system slowness and impact send messages. ITS are currently investigating with the vendor the cause.
Resolution Service returned to normal after a reboot. Service provided experience high load on the server which they have identified and are working on a fix. (16:38 AEST — Jul 25)
