Patch the Prentice Exadata with the latest quarterly Oracle Critical Patch Updates (OCT 2023 CPU).

There will be no high availability between magpie-cluster and plover-cluster for Production databases.

Impacted replication tasks will be paused for the duration of the outage.

The following development databases will be unavailable for the duration of the outage - there will also be no refreshes of PSUP/Enquiry databases:
