Move the student.uq.edu.au email domain from the student/alumni Microsoft 365 tenant to the staff tenant in preparation for the student Microsoft 365 tenant migration. At the end of the change email to @student.uq.edu.au addresses will come into the staff tenant before being redirected to student and alumni mailboxes on the student/alumni tenant.
The DuoCircle Alumni Forwarding service will also be implemented as part of this change and at the end of the change will be responsible for directing email to @student.uq.edu.au addresses to alumni mailboxes on the alumni tenant for delivery.
This change affects email routing and does not change the student mailbox service connectivity or addresses or move any student data.
