UQ Book It performance issues

UQ Book It is experiencing various performance issues, including:

Sluggishness
Resources slow to load or failing to load completely
Some users are unable to make a booking
Calendar information not appearing correctly

There is a case logged with the vendor who are aware and investigating. They are working to restore functionality as soon as possible.

Resolution The vendor applied updates to all search services to increase their capacity and have also been looking into the issue for a longer-term resolution. Performance issues appear to be resolved. (08:27 AEST — Jan 22)
