Resolved after 207h 15m of downtime. 22 July, 2025 at 7:23 AM AEST

Due to a recent change there is access issue for shares for the ITS cache

we are working on getting access restored


Resolution vendor provided work around to bring service back on line (07:23 AEST — Jul 22)
