A suspected service bug is preventing access for students to the mandatory UQ Respect training module hosted in the Essentials.Learn environment.
This bug is also preventing access to several OHS related training courses that are hosted in Learn.UQ (Blackboard).
A P1 service request has been logged with the support vendor.
Update The vendor has confirmed that this incident has been prioritised, with their engineering teams currently working towards a resolution.
The scope of impact for UQ is as follows:
Any Learn.UQ course / any content on Essentials.Learn that uses the SCORM Engine are impacted
Learn.UQ: 124 semester 2 courses have some content which is impacted, as well as some semester 1 courses
Essentials: Respect at UQ and the Core Cultural Modules are impacted (12:28 AEST — Aug 8)
Resolution The vendor (Anthology) deployed a fix to the Blackboard Essentials and Blackboard (Learn.UQ) platforms.
Normal access for Respect at UQ, the Core Cultural Modules and OHS training modules has resumed. (01:00 AEST — Aug 9)
