Some menu items are disappearing from Blackboard courses

ITS is aware that menu items for Blackboard courses are not always displaying correctly. Examples include Assessments, Learning Resources and there may be other menu items which are not appearing properly.

This may be preventing students from submitting Assessment items and students may not be able to access Learning Resources for some courses.

ITS is taking this issue up with Anthology (vendor). This may be related to the ongoing SCORM issues, or it may be a separate issue happening at the same time.

Resolution The vendor (Anthology) deployed a fix to stabilise the Learn.UQ (Blackboard) system resolving the issues affecting the menu interface, latency and content related issues. (01:00 AEST — Aug 9)
