Resolved after 68h 30m of downtime. 18 August, 2025 at 2:30 PM AEST

The ePAD and MyProgress website/mobile application has been unavailable since Saturday evening. ITS and the vendor are investigating the issue.


Resolution The vendor has restored application access and MyKnowledgeMap/MyProgress is working normally. (14:30 AEST — Aug 18)
