Reload to resolve data latency issue

Hi all,

This is a courtesy communication on behalf of Integration Services and the DBA Team.

We are currently addressing a data latency issue affecting the flow of data between Datahub and downstream systems. As a result, some data may appear delayed.

To resolve this, Integration Services and the DBA Team will perform a data reload at 1:00pm on 18/08/2025. Please take any necessary actions for this reload.

A Service Event will be raised.
