UQs SSL/TLS certificate provider Digicert is experiencing issues relating to Single Sign-On.
This affects the ability of staff to issue and renew SSL certificates.
ITS staff are working with the vendor to get this resolved as soon as possible.
Resolution The issues have been worked through with the assistance of the vendor, and login access has been restored. (12:00 AEST — Nov 14)
