ITS is currently in the execution stages of a cloud service migration for both our Confluence and Jira services. Subject to final ITS CAB approval, the production cutover for both services will occur from 6pm on Friday, December 12, 2025, and be completed late on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
As part of this service migration, the Application Administration team has successfully completed a domain verification process, which requires us to claim any accounts that are currently using an @uq.edu.au or @its.uq.edu.au email address to sign into a non-ITS managed Atlassian cloud service.
