[Scheduled] Microsoft Teams for Courses - Academic Year Transition (2025-2026)

This change has two components:

1. Microsoft Teams for courses ending in 2025 will be changed to a read only state. There will also be no further changes made to the staff Team owners and student Team members from Blackboard.

After the change, existing teaching staff and students can still read information in the Teams. However, The Teams will not appear in the normal Teams list because they will have been archived. They will appear in the All or Archived Teams views. 2. Teams for Semester 1 2026 courses will be created before the change is complete. The creation of Teams for courses and updates to the owners and members from Blackboard will then continue ongoing throughout 2026.
