UQ Experts is currently experiencing an issue affecting the nightly data import processes. Imports have been taken offline due to an error impacting data integrity. UQ Expert profiles remain available, but some profile information may become outdated. Our team is investigating and will restore full functionality as soon as possible.
Update A fix for this issue has been identified and will be rolled out tomorrow, Thursday 29 January 2026. Further updates will be posted once the issue is resolved and Expert profile imports resume. (10:00 AEST — Jan 28)
Resolution The root cause of the issue was identified as an intermittent connection issue between the PaaS hosting platform and Datahub.
A fix has been applied which will prevent Drupal Expert profiles from crashing in the event of further communication errors between the PaaS and Datahub. (10:00 AEST — Jan 29)
