This implementation is the next stage of the Student Preferred Names Initiative, which will introduce the use of students preferred names in Learn.uq.edu.au (Blackboard) and connected subsystems (e.g. Turnitin etc).

This change will enable the Preferred Name capability for students, in both Learn.UQ and Essentials.Learn.
