Unwanted Add-ins and Add-in issues in M365

There are reporting issues with Addin in Microsoft 365. A new support ticket will be logged with Microsoft. This seems to be similar to the issues from October 2025 which were claimed to be resolved around December 2025.

Some of the report issues include:

1. The following add-ins appears in Outlook without the user choosing to install these addins Jira Cloud Impact Tracker Wrike Salesforce

2. Unable to uninstall the Addin like Impact Tracker

3. Issue with the Zoom Addin in Outlook.

4. Issues with Add-ins like Mendeley Cite not deploying to Word when a user is added. .

We are working with Microsoft on the issues.
