UQ Digital Asset Manager HIVO DAM
A user authentication issue is currently impacting access to the UQ Digital Asset Manager (DAM).
DAM users may see a Sorry, but were having trouble signing you in error message when attempting to login.
A priority ticket has been raised with the service vendor.
Resolution The vendor has corrected the issue with the user authentication module. Service access has now been restored to normal. (13:15 AEST — May 25)
