Update Decision taken to perform emergency maintenance overnight (midnight window) to minimise impact.

Vendor deployed updates to production, including:

• Upgrading EKS node groups
• Addressing vulnerable ingress configurations
• Post-deployment validation confirmed:
• Core platform functionality operational
• All key user journeys tested successfully
• Technical validation identified:
• The vulnerable ingress rule was limited to the internal Kubernetes Dashboard and not exposed publicly
• Configuration updates successfully removed the threat (21:41 AEST — Jun 15)
