A grades synchronisation reliability issue is currently impacting some Semester 1 courses that use Turnitin assessments.
A priority 1 incident has been raised with the service vendor. ITS will publish further updates as they become available.
Resolution The vendor performed the grades correction overnight Friday night.
It has also been confirmed that none of the 221 courses impacted had yet finalised their grades to SI-net.
An email has now been sent to each affected Course Coordinator advising them of the mark updates and to take action if required (e.g. if already downloaded to spreadsheet). School Managers have been emailed with a copy of the communication sent to Course Coordinators and a list of affected courses within their school. We anticipate this to be our last update now that staff have been notified of the fix. (01:00 AEST — Jun 19)
