Academic Policy & Programs has reported some issues with some of the Program and Plan requirements pages coming out with just the header and footer.
A code release was done last night, but initial investigation has found that the previous version can replicate the issue.
ITS staff are investigating.
Resolution The issue is caused by some HTML tags being added in which causes a security error in the code that protects from Cross-Site Scripting or worse issues. ITS cannot allow these tags through for cybersecurity reasons.
A workaround has been found for removing offending HTML tags in JAC data.
Academic Policy & Programs as the JAC owners will be able to correct as needed.
ITS will work on a long-term fix to internally sanitise raw HTML coming from JAC before display to combat potential security vulnerabilities & provide better viewing. (15:24 AEST — Sep 9)
