Incoming and Outgoing calls are currently being impacted with a service outage.
This is currently being investigated by ITS and 3rd Party vendors.
Resolution Voice services have been restored with one SIP link being restored by the carrier.
Additional work is underway by the carrier to restore our second SIP link. (11:00 AEST — Sep 16)
