There has been a licensing change by Microsoft that is affecting the rate limit of external emails sent from the alumni m365 tenant. User may receive messages about not being able to send because of the tenant rate limit. We are currently working with Microsoft on the issue.
Resolution Microsoft has applied a temporary exemption for 30 days. This appears to now be in effect. Users who previously received Non-Delivery Report (NDR) regarding their sent emails because of the tenant limit will have to manually resend those emails. (15:49 AEST — Sep 22)
