Performance/Availability issues with UQ StudentHub (Careerhub) →
System performance issues are currently being experienced by users of the UQ StudentHub (Careerhub) service.
Current issues include internittent service logon failures, and overall slow application performance for users already logged into the platform.
A critical support ticket has been logged with the service provider.

Authentications to some Service Providers were failing during the outage period. In particular, for Service Providers which require Active Directory for group information or access control decisions. This was due to problems with underpinning infrastructure.

Users in Australia attempting to access or use the Microsoft Copilot Chat web app may be impacted. Microsoft are reviewing the provided impact details and investigating.

There are reporting issues with Addin in Microsoft 365. A new support ticket will be logged with Microsoft. This seems to be similar to the issues from October 2025 which were claimed to be resolved around December 2025.
